2. Services Offered GEAR UP with CPR provides CPR, AED, and advanced cardiac care training courses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities
Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering for courses or contacting us.
Prohibited Conduct: Users may not use the site for unlawful purposes, disrupt the site’s functionality, or engage in any activity that could harm our reputation.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payments: Full payment is required upon registration for courses.
Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled class will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows will not receive a refund.
Rescheduling: Users can reschedule their courses up to 48 hours before the start time without a penalty.
