1. What courses do you offer? ▼
We teach American Heart Association courses for healthcare professionals and the public:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) for nurses, physicians, EMTs, students, and clinical staff.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) for advanced providers.
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) for pediatric and emergency care teams.
- Heartsaver® First Aid/CPR/AED for workplace and community responders.
2. How do I register for a class? ▼
Go to the course page you need (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, Heartsaver) and click the “View Classes” / “Register” button.

3. Are your courses AHA-certified? ▼
Yes. We are an American Heart Association training provider. All successful students receive an official AHA eCard.

4. I reserved a seat on the AHA website—do I still need to register here? ▼
Yes. Use the “Payment URL” shown on the AHA class page (or the link emailed to you) to complete registration.

5. What should I bring to class? ▼
A valid photo ID and comfortable clothing for skills practice. All courses require an AHA manual — see the confirmation email you received for more details.

6. Do you offer online/virtual options? ▼
Yes — AHA eLearning (“HeartCode”) modules for BLS, ACLS, and PALS with an in-person or virtual skills session.

7. What is your refund/cancellation policy? ▼
Cancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled class will incur a $25 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded to the original payment method.

8. Can I reschedule my class? ▼
Yes — reschedule up to 48 hours before your class at no charge. For late changes, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
9. What if I don’t pass the course on the first try? ▼
You can retake with instructor support right away at no cost. Online tests allow you to retry up to 3 times.

10. Do you provide on-site training for teams? ▼
Yes. We bring AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Heartsaver to your facility. Start here: On-Site Training or request a quote.

Yes, discounts for larger groups and recurring trainings. Tell us your headcount and location: On-Site Training.
12. What payment methods do you accept? ▼
All major credit/debit cards are accepted during registration. Payment is made online during the registration process.

14. How do I become an AHA Instructor? ▼
Start with the Instructor Courses page. Typical path:
- Hold/obtain current provider status.
- Complete the AHA Instructor Essentials online module.
- Finish the Instructor course with us.
- Co-teach and pass a monitored class with Training Center Faculty.
15. Do I need an AHA manual or a pocket mask? ▼
All courses require the current AHA manual; a CPR pocket mask is recommended for skills. See requirements on
BLS, ACLS, PALS, or Heartsaver, or ask us.

17. How long are the classes? ▼
Typical in-person durations (may vary by class size/format):
- BLS: ~2-4 hours.
- ACLS ~4–6 hours; initial may be longer.
- PALS: ~4–6 hours; initial may be longer.
- Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED: ~ 1 1/2-3 hours.
